Join one of Ontario’s most popular private clubs.
The Castle Club is known for having great access to premier equestrian events, hunting and other 
outdoor activities, which is the best of its kind in Canada. As a member of our club, we have various 
levels of membership that allow you access to all facilities or just the activities that interest you and your 
family.
We own and operate 2000 acres of private land, including Mann Castle in Port Perry and Lighthouse Lake, 
a private 1000 acre property with three private lakes and 6 other large rural properties in Eastern Ontario.

Equestrian Activities

Castle Club offers over extensive equestrian events, training, boarding and riding lessons at our premiere 
100 acre equestrian facility located on Scugog island in Port Perry. Our stables support year-round indoor 
and outdoor riding and other activities. If you own a horse, you can apply to stable your horse at our 
facility for the highest level of care or you and your family can learn to ride on one of our school horses. 
We have many annual events that are planned by our members including a Halloween dress up party for 
the horses, summer BBQ and annual equestrian dinner. 
We specialize in weekly riding lessons, popular horse camps—committed to safety, quality, and the joy of 
the ride.

Archery Activites

We offer goose and duck hunting at our private waterfront facilities located in Port Perry and Madoc, 
Ontario. No need to take a boat to get to your blind, you can drive directly to our camp and then walk a 
short distance to the blind with your senior club member. Goose and Duck hunting is offered at our 
established camps located in the following wildlife management unit (WMU) location 73 only in 2025, 
expanding into our other camps in WMU 61, 73, 68A in future years. Deer hunting options also available

Our regal equestrian program offers riders all levels the chance to connect with our magnificent horses, honing their skills under the guidance of experienced instructors. Whether you are a rider or a curious novice, the thrill of riding through our picturesque grounds will leave you enchanted. Simult, our archery sessions allow you to embrace the focus and precision to master this ancient skill. 

Membership Costs

Castle Club’s $250/month membership grants entry into a private, limited-access community dedicated to sustainable living and heritage skills. Members enjoy exclusive access to castle grounds, equestrian facilities, and traditional archery hunting experiences—offerings that far exceed the value of standard recreational clubs. Fees directly support regenerative land stewardship, ethical animal care, and low-impact infrastructure. More than a service, the Club is a curated collective of like-minded individuals committed to craftsmanship, responsibility, and connection to the land. Year-round access replaces short-term luxury with lasting value, preserving both place and practice for future generations through shared knowledge, mentorship, and intentional stewardship together always.

Terms & Conditions

All programs and club membership are subject to all regulations and requirements of the Ministry of 
Natural resources and all of the terms and conditions of the Castle Club, and these terms and conditions 
will be updated from time to time by the executive committee.

Reservations

Reservations are taken in advance and can be booked once you are a registered member.

Cancellation Policy

Members may cancel or reschedule their booking with 30 days notice for hunting 7 days notice for 
equestrian with no penalty. Members may cancel or reschedule their booking with 14 days notice for 
hunting and 72 hours for equestrian but will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the value of 
the booking. No cancellation within 14 days for hunting and 72 hours for equestrian will result in 
members will forfeit their booking without refund
